LTIMindtree is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join its technology team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD automation, and DevOps practices.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure while supporting development teams through automation and modern deployment practices. About the Role:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment workflows, and ensuring application reliability across production environments. You will work closely with developers, Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), and other technical teams to improve scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Deploy, manage, and support Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Create and manage infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop automation scripts using Python or Golang.
• Collaborate with development and SRE teams to improve deployment and operational processes.
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using observability tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize cloud resources.
• Implement DevOps best practices to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Python or Golang scripting.
• Experience implementing automation and deployment solutions.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools including Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, security, and scalability best practices.
• Relevant AWS certifications are mandatory as per the job requirement.
